How do we get started?
Schedule a demo. After the conversation HLT sets up your organization and a first workspace, then invites your administrator.
How is HLT Cloud offered?
By written agreement after a conversation, not through a checkout. The price usually depends on the number of people who use it; the terms are recorded in your agreement.
Which tools are available?
5S Audits is available today. Gemba walks, shopfloor management and Kaizen are planned and marked as planned; new tools join the same account when they are ready.
Does every tool need its own account?
No. Each person has one HLT Cloud account. Organization, sites and roles are set up once and every tool uses them.
Where is our data and who can see it?
Records are stored in Frankfurt and files in EU-jurisdiction storage. Roles are granted per workspace, and administrators sign in with two factors.
Do we need AI?
No. Every workflow works without AI. AI features are off until an organization administrator enables them, and every suggestion is reviewed before it is used.
